GMKtec launched the 'NucBox 9,' a miniature PC capable of outputting a full 4k-resolution display to three monitors simultaneously. This PC retails for $419.99 USD and delivers power that punches above this price point. The NucBox 9 can handle 4k video playback with ease, and can even play some modern AAA video games, albeit at lower resolutions.
This PC includes two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, two USB 3.1 Gen2x1 Typa-A ports, a single USB 3.1 Gen 2x1 Type-C port with video out capabilities, and two HDMI ports. Additionally, the computer features a 3.5mm audio jack, a locking port, and a MicroSD card slot, which is unique in the mini PC space.
In terms of its performance, the NucBox 9 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 5 5600U mobile processor with Radeon integrated graphics. This is a six-core, 12-thread processor running at up to 4.2 Ghz, while the integrated graphics run at 1800Mhz.
