The jacket is constructed with the namesake Pertex Quantum material that has been treated to a DQR finish to easily repel both water, rain and snow. The jacket has Thermore Ecodown for insulation that's made out of recycled PET bottles to give it just the right amount of warmth. This also makes the jacket suitable for layering to accommodate changing weather conditions.

The Norse Projects Otto Light Pertex Jacket is accented with snap from closures, a series of side pockets, elasticated cuffs and a series of PU-coated zippers that are water-repellent.
