It features six heatpipes, two more than its predecessor, providing greater thermal headroom to handle the higher heat loads of today’s advanced CPUs. The cooler maintains the same fan configuration as the original, with the fan installed beneath the fin stack to direct airflow upwards, which is particularly beneficial in compact cases with perforated panels above the cooler.
The NH-L12Sx77 cooler is priced at EUR 84.90 / USD 74.90. It is scheduled to be available for purchase starting May 13th on Amazon US. The package includes a premium NF-A12x15 PWM fan, NT-H2 thermal compound, and the SecuFirm2 mounting kit, among other accessories.
