7-Eleven Malaysia recently launched a loyalty program through the My7E app. The My7E app will provide consumers with birthday rewards, exclusive product offers, e-stamp cards, 7REWARDS, and more. Additionally, users can link their app with a B Infinite Card, or Razer Pay e-wallet, to pay in the way that is most convenient for them.
The CEO of 7-eleven, Colin Harvey, stated that the company will continuously look to optimize the app. The company will collect consumer feedback through the app, which will be used to inform future decisions.
Ronnan Lee, the 7-Eleven GM of marketing, stated that the company launched the loyalty app in order to better attract Millennial consumers who seek out personalization and gamified experience. The app may also help to recover financial losses from COVID-19, though a heightened sense of engagement among consumers of Millennial ages.
