Omega and Swatch, two iconic Swiss watchmakers, have teamed up for the first time to deliver a more accessible version of the Speedmaster Moonwatch dubbed the MoonSwatch. The sleek new timepiece comes equipped with signature Swatch materials, such as a BIOCERAMIC case, a premium quartz movement, and the brand's go-to blend of bio-sourced plastic and ceramic throughout.
In terms of design, the new watch closely mimics the Speedmaster Moonwatch, delivering a 42mm case and tachymeter scale. The new collection consists of 11 different space-themed pieces, each of which is based on a unique planet. In addition, all versions arrive in visually striking color schemes and come finished with a co-branded velcro strap.
The new MoonSwatch collection is set to drop on March 26 and will be available to order through Swatch's website.
