Maharishi works in collaboration with Birkenstock on its Mogami Terra Tech model which nods to references from the military. The London-based brand is the perfect collaborator with its militaristic design expertise. The twam nod to the design technologies which were unveiled by the American Army back in the 60s.

The Mogami Terra Tech is made for outdoor and urban spaces to bring attention to its broad versatility. At the root of the design is the M.A.L.I.C.E. system -- this stands for Modified All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment. It features a detachable crossbody strap and a double carabiner. For more utility, the straps on the model also have a quick-release buckle, which has a blend of suede and nylon webbing.
