Owl Labs, an innovative office technology company known for its 360-degree videoconferencing products, has announced the launch of Meeting HQ, a wireless in-room control center for video meetings.
Designed by a team of robotics experts, the new device aims to eliminate meeting setup time by providing users with a simple touchscreen device that can be placed in the center of a meeting room table. All users have to do to launch a meeting is single-tap the touchscreen, allowing them to focus on conversation, not set-up technicalities. Of course, the device must be paired with 'Meeting Owl Pro,' the company's signature video conferencing software program, which was designed to accommodate the hybrid workplace of the future.
“In our current work environment, it’s crucial that all spaces are wired for seamless remote work in order to be inclusive of all team members, no matter where they’re based,” said Josh Allen, Chief Revenue Officer at Owl Labs. This is why the company has set out to produce a simple yet comprehensive hybrid meeting solution suitable for all business types.
