Ripe Pitted Olive Products

Trader Joe's New Medium Green Ripe Pitted Olives are Soft & Mild

Trader Joe's might just change olive haters into lovers with the debut of its new Medium Green Ripe Pitted Olives.

While olives are naturally quite bitter, Trader Joe's new Medium Green Ripe Pitted Olives are anything but that. The brand's newest olive product takes ripe olives and lets them cure until firm in texture and buttery in flavor. The olives used are Manzanilla Olives, which are paired with nothing more than water, sea salt, and zinc chloride (which is used to stabilize the color).

As for how to enjoy the olives, Trader Joe's suggests including them on your next charcuterie board for a briny element, or adding them to antipasto platters to kick up the Mediterranean flavors.
