The Marie Claire Spain July 2014 editorial featuring model Carmen Kass makes a point to display the offbeat beauty of nomadic fashion. Stylist Enrique Campos brought the sunny scene to life with tattered fabrics and beads, echoing the classic looks of backpackers and traveling communities.
Boho chic ensembles are also central to the work put on by Campos in this production. Suede fringe was seen alongside braids, loose fabrics and flower prints, the exact additions that one would expect from 1960s lookbooks.
Little make up was needed to embellish this natural scene. Cosmetic expert Arianna Cattarin stuck to basic smokey eyes and bronze blushes, placing further focus upon the nautical and gypsy-like appeal of Kass.
