Rocking both a black dye job and an eclectic collection rife with references to film noir and Dick Tracy, Cousin Itt descended the runway at Mareunrol's Fall ‘09 RTW show.
The models, with hair unfathomably bigger than the rat's-nest bouffant of Amy Winehouse, blundered seemingly blind down the catwalk leaving one to wonder if under all of those tresses, the model was secretly housing a GPS device.
Despite the models frightening resemblance to Cousin Itt of "The Addams Family," designers Marite Mastina and Rolands Peterkops sent an army of enticing dark hued PVC trench coats, cotton jersey dresses and woolen separates down the catwalk.
Playing with shape, volume and construction, the Mareunrol's designers presented both an interesting and marketable Fall '09 RTW collection, the wigs adding to this bewitching and mystical atmosphere even further.
