Gucci and Vans Release 'Continuum' Sneaker Collection

Gucci and Vans have released a new Gucci Vault collection called 'Continuum' with luxury skateboard-inspired sneakers. The collection was made in collaboration with several entities and artists, including Rave Review, EGONlab, Alice Pons, Hodakova, Collina Strada, and Alpha Industries x Slam Jam. The sneakers chosen in the collection are based on the Old Skool, Slip-On, and OG Mule.

The collection was made with archival Gucci materials and contemporary archive materials from Alessandro Michele's collections. Each sneaker comes equipped with various metal studs and checkered color designs, except for the Old Skool sneakers. The Old Skool sneakers are the standout item from the collection. It has metal-studded black leather on the toe and heel with a floral canvas for the mid-panels. There is another floral design on the medial side. The collection is available to purchase.
