Nike has finally debuted imagery for the upcoming Nike Dunk High in ‘Lunar New Year.’ The sneakers feature a white leather base with smokey suede overlays, green sock lining, and a tan Swoosh, making this release a neutral-lovers dream. When it comes to the laces, Nike opts for a traditional white set that perfectly complements the uppers. The tongue tag swaps out the Nike emblem for Chinese phrases, and an image of a golden mountain logo on the ankle is symbolic of the moniker Chinese immigrants gave San Francisco during the gold rush.
The sneakers are rounded off with a white midsole and transparent baby blue outsole. The Nike Dunk High ‘Lunar New Year’ launches in January 2023 at Nike and select retailers.
