Nike's Lucha Libre Pack Honors a Vintage Traditional Sport

Nike celebrates a festive time in Mexican culture and its wrestling traditions with the new Lucha Libre pack. The pack was led by the Air Force 1 silhouette with a luchador mask on top of the upper. It is now joined by two more options including an asymmetrically designed Air Max 90 sneaker and a notable premium Blazer Mid '77 Vintage sneaker.

All of which are detailed with accents that nod to luchador culture. The Air Max 90 sneaker showcases the dual themes of Mexican wrestling by splitting the shoe between the bad guys, known as Los Rudos and the good guys known as Los Tecnicos. Each foot features a construction of mesh, patent leather, and satin materials.
