The ET&D Partnership App Helps Minimize Line Worker Accidents

The National Electrical Contractors Association, a group that represents the interests of people in the electrical construction industry, is taking its mandate mobile by releasing a brand new smartphone app that is designed to increase safety standards for line workers dealing with often dangerous workplace environments.

The ET&D Partnership app is designed to share information pertaining to safety regulations, best practices tips, updates as well as training information for line workers as well as the people who manage them and work with them. The app gives priority to a communicative approach to ensure that workers are empowered with the knowledge and confidence to mitigate injuries and illnesses.

Considering that falls and electrocutions can injure and even kill line workers, it's important to be able to use information to minimize avoidable mistakes, which is precisely what the ET&D Partnership app achieves.
