The applications of the 'Like Stars on Earth' lamps are immediately obvious, and recognizably more useful than many campers' current methods of illuminating your campsites at night. Flashlights and battery-powered lanterns are certainly handy gadgets to have while sleeping over in the wilderness, yet they prove to be less functional than one might like.
Developed by Kim Seunghyun and Yu Yunjo, these portable brighteners provide light both inside and outside of your shelter, thanks to embedded magnets that fasten the two-part design to both sides of the tent's material. The exterior emits a soft glow so that you can locate your abode after dark; meanwhile, the interior portion of the camping lamp gives off intense rays when needed. You can even drag 'Like Stars on Earth' up, down and across the fabric so that it shines from wherever you require it.
