Black Community Affirmation Cards

‘Liberated Love Notes’ Helps Build Healthy Racial Identity

‘Liberated Love Notes’ helps those who feel isolated and ostracized because of their racial ethnicity through mindful practices and affirmations. As mentioned on the official website, the deck touches on and centers around “the experiences of Black folks existing in white systems and speak to overcoming imposter syndrome, disrupting injected & internalized forms of oppression, embodying an abundance mindset and building a healthy racial identity.”

Every box contains cards that will help the black community understand themselves through ‘Self-Reflection & Group Discussion Prompt cards,’ ’Liberated Love Notes,’ blank cards to write a love note to themselves, and many other exercises. Liberated Love Notes reminds people that they have to support themselves and others to help heal and become the person they want to be.
