According to many auto enthusiasts, Italian cars have an edge over their German and American counterparts when it comes to styling; this new red-hot Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale is no exception. This new top model in the Gallardo series is based on the Lamborghini’s most successful racing car, Blancpain Super Trofeo. The car is fitted with a racing-derived rear spoiler for increased dynamic stability at high speeds and a removable engine hood with quick-release system, both made of carbon composite material. The car is also available with the Italy’s traditional racing color 'Rosso Mars.'
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 has a 5.2 liter V10 engine, which produces 419 kw of power and 540 Nm of torque -- this gives the car a top speed of 320 km/h with 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds. A 7-speed robotized sequential e-gear system distributes power to the all four wheels. And yes, it is controlled by paddle shifts on the steering column.
