BIBIBOP is Adding a New Korean Crispy Chicken Protein Option

The growing fast casual bowl concept, BIBIBOP Asian Grill, is kicking off the new year with a whopping nine new items, including a new Korean Crispy Chicken protein.

Designed to help consumers kick up the flavor and create a delicious custom bowl option, BIBIBOP is adding two tasty new proteins, three new base options, and four flavorful new toppings. The first of the new proteins is the Korean Crispy Chicken, which consists of BIBIBOP’s oven-fried chicken featuring a crispy, gluten-free coating. There's also the new Miso Glazed Salmon protein, which boasts a savory and slightly sweet glaze. As for bases, you can now choose from options like Lemon Turmeric Rice, Honey Citrus Kale, and Crispy Romaine. Finally, the new toppers include Roasted Brussels sprouts, Curry Chickpeas, Pickled Red Onion, and the premium topping option of a Sunny Side Up Egg.
