Jimmy John's Opens Doors to its First Canadian Store in Etobicoke

Jimmy John's recently opened its first Canadian location in Etobicoke, Ontario. The restaurant offers patrons a variety of delicious sandwich options, most notably its Meatball Parmesan, Chicken Bacon Ranch, and the chain’s top seller, the Turkey Tom. Additionally, the chain encourages guests to upgrade to a combo meal, which earns them a side and a drink with their entree.

Jimmy John's operates under Inspire Brands, which manages Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, and Sonic Drive-In. This is the chain's third location outside of its primary market in the U.S.

“Canada is one of the largest sandwich markets in the world, and we couldn’t ask for a better franchisee than Foodtastic,” Michael Haley, president and managing director of international operations, said in a statement. “Canadian consumers are hungry for Jimmy John’s straightforward approach to making delicious sandwiches on their terms — a blend of quality ingredients and convenience that is second to none.”
