Fashion lovers in Montreal can hardly contain themselves with excitement for the upcoming exhibit dedicated to legendary fashion designer Jean-Paul Gaultier, with the Elle Quebec May 2011 edition adding fuel to the fire. The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk is the first ever exhibit entirely dedicated to the designer and fashion icon. The exhibit will feature 120 couture gowns and ready to wear ensembles as well as the designer’s many collaborations and sources of inspiration.

Foreshadowing the highly anticipated event, the Elle Quebec May 2011 issue features an exclusive fashion editorial shot by Nelson Simoneau and styled by Denis Desro, with Canadian super model Coco Rocha wearing Jean-Paul Gaultier’s couture and Prêt-à-Porter.
