The Izestee aeroponic planter is a desktop growing system designed to support plants suspended in mid-air without the use of soil or traditional watering. The device uses an aeroponic method that delivers nutrients through a fine mist, allowing roots to absorb moisture and oxygen efficiently. A transparent enclosure exposes the full growth process, from root development to foliage, making the system both functional and visually engaging for indoor environments.
Designed by Yunyi Zheng, Izestee combines plant cultivation with additional functions including adjustable lighting and ambient illumination. The planter incorporates multiple planting baskets for seed germination, an internal reservoir for nutrient delivery, and a built-in heating element with a digital temperature display. By integrating growth technology, lighting, and environmental control into a compact form, the Izestee aeroponic planter reframes indoor gardening as a low-maintenance, desk-friendly experience.
