That is because it is not only the epitome of quality and fashion, it is inspired by the iconic taste of 90 year-old Iris Apfel, who happens to be known for her eccentrically oversized eyewear.

Although the Iris Apfel Eyebobs collection is set to launch its range of affordable, yet fashionable glasses in 2013, the simply titled Iris will debut in January. It offers a taste of what is to come. This limited-edition frame will be available in three colors. Proceeds will go to Lighthouse International.

The Iris Apfel Eyebobs collection itself will be comprised of readers, sun readers and polarized sunglasses in a range of frames.
