Iridescent jackets have established themselves as a popular aesthetic choice in the contemporary narrative of outerwear fashion. Given the recent dominance of The North Face within the parameters of streetwear, it really comes as no surprise that the company taps into the movement and announces that it will launch subtly iridescent jacket iterations of some of its most iconic designs. The launch date is said to be April 10th.
The silhouettes that The North Face chooses to tackle here are ones rooted in timelessness and their success is guaranteed by way of their iconic status. The iridescent jacket collection includes new takes on the 1996 Nuptse Jacket, the 1990 Mountain Jacket, as well as the Cyclone II windbreaker.
