The Le Labo INCENSE Line Unveils Three Handcrafted Home Fragrances

— June 2, 2026 — Lifestyle
The Le Labo INCENSE line is a new addition to the brand’s Home Creations Collection and marks its first dedicated incense category. The Le Labo INCENSE line is handcrafted in Kyoto by a twelfth-generation family workshop using traditional Japanese production techniques inspired by Kōdō, the art of incense appreciation. The launch includes three fragrances: Santal 26, Encens 9, and Ambroxyde 17. Each set contains 35 incense sticks, and each stick provides approximately 25 minutes of burn time for home fragrance and personal rituals.

Le Labo is also introducing a Concrete Incense Holder designed specifically for the collection. The holder is handcrafted in the United States and is intended to develop a unique patina through regular use. Alongside the incense launch, the brand is expanding its body care range with the Santal 33 Perfuming Hand Soap and Hand Lotion. The lotion contains shea butter and jojoba oil, while both products incorporate the fragrance profile associated with Santal 33.

  3. Craft Manufacturing and Workshops — Traditional craft workshops face potential reinvention as demand grows for limited-run, handcrafted goods that carry cultural heritage and command premium pricing.
