Released by the Taiwanese company Genius, the Imperator Pro gaming keyboard has programmable keys that actually work the way you would expect them to.
Although not a feature-rich keyboard, the features that are available on the Imperator Pro work fairly well. It has two USB ports located conveniently on the side, which is great because the keyboard itself requires two ports to plug into your computer. The programmable keys are easy to use and function a lot better than the ones found on many other gaming keyboards.
However, one drawback to the design is the size and spacing of the keys. Because they’re so tightly clumped together gamers might find that they’re constantly hitting the wrong buttons and hot keys especially when playing games such as World of Warcraft that require a lot of different keystrokes.
Tthe Imperator Pro gaming keyboard is competitively priced with many other high end keyboards; however, since it’s missing a few of the bells and whistles that other models have, gamers will have to decide if it’s a suitable option.
