Pistachio-Chocolate Pancakes

IHOP Dubai Chocolate Pancakes are a New, Limited-Time Treat

Last year, IHOP tapped into the virality of Dubai chocolate by serving luxurious, limited-edition Dubai chocolate pancake stacks with edible 24K gold flakes and gold glitter, and in 2026, new IHOP Dubai Chocolate Pancakes are now available nationwide for a limited time. This new menu item builds on a buttermilk chocolate chip pancake base with hazelnut-cocoa spread, pistachio-flavored mousse, roasted kataifi, crushed pistachios, and whipped topping. For those who can't get enough of Dubai chocolate creations and those who have yet to try the food phenomenon, IHOP offers several ways to savor its Dubai Chocolate Pancakes: as a short stack (two pancakes), a full stack (four pancakes) and as part of a combo meal.

IHOP introduced its new Dubai Chocolate Pancakes alongside a decadent Dubai Chocolate Milkshake, made with premium vanilla ice cream, pistachio and chocolate syrups, and finished with whipped topping and chopped pistachios.
