Legendary rapper Ice-T and surf/skate apparel company Vans have announced their collaborative sneaker to launch later this month. The collection will feature two models: the Vans Chukka and the Vans Sk8-Hi OG, with a little added flair.
The concept for the two sneaker designs is based on Ice-T's persona: gangster and pimp. Subsequently, the more thugged-out model features pigskin linings and some of Ice-T's lyrics on the upper and midsole of the sneaker. 'O.G.' stamps the heel, certifying this dude (and you, the wearer), as an original gangster. The chukka 'pimp' model features suede paneling on the uppers and a high quality nu-buck throughout.
Moreover is the presentation. The chukka's are being released in an elegant pull-slide box, accompanied by a gold revolver keychain. Get your pack September 15th, and pay ode to a legendary rapper.
