The HydroChrome Sutton’s Panoramic Belair Camera Makes Its Own Filters

A lot of the time, cameras and liquid do not mix but Lomography's new panoramic 35mm camera is designed to be filled with liquid; HydroChrome Sutton’s Panoramic Belair was created to help people achieve vintage aesthetics, washed-out tones and blurring effects by adding clear water—or other liquids—to the lens. To inspire photographers, Lomography released a Liquid Guide that shows the results of what can be created with everything from diluted soy milk and salted water to mixtures of half-oil, half-water.

The HydroChrome Sutton’s Panoramic Belair Camera offers an extra way for photographers to get creative with their shots and do so in a way that makes analogue techniques feel fresh and fun. As Lomography describes, there's no "no digital trickery required" with this 35mm camera.
