Hockey Fans in Training's Hockey FIT Program is for Gen X & Boomers

Hockey FIT is a lifestyle program that is geared to keep men between the ages of 35 and 65 healthy and active. The initative is launched thanks to Hockey Fans in Training (FIT) and the Red Deer Rebels.

Hockey FIT will, without a doubt, pique the interest of the Gen X and Boomer male, especially if they are interested in the sport, to begin with. The fact that the program is run by certified coaches entails that not only will participants be actively and appropriately trained to "improve their overall health and wellbeing," but that they will also get a taste of some of the drills professional athletes have to do in order to stay at the top of their fame.

In the beginning, the Hockey FIT program was launched in Ontario, in collaboration with the London Knights and the Sarnia Sting.
