The Astral features a hybrid driver configuration that combines a 10mm bioceramic dynamic driver for deep, textured bass with six balanced armature drivers for precise midrange and treble reproduction. Its tuning emphasizes a balanced yet engaging sound signature, with a strong sub-bass foundation that smoothly transitions into a neutral midrange and extended, natural highs. The design of the high-performance in-ear monitor incorporates acoustic refinements such as optimized pinna compensation and a carefully controlled treble roll-off. Through these features, Kiwi Ears aims to replicate the accuracy of studio monitors. With a sensitivity of 105dB and an impedance of 23Ω, the Astral is engineered for detailed audio reproduction across a wide range of playback devices.
