Some designers have a formula down when it comes to creating collections that audiences love and the Herve Leger Spring 2012 collection demonstrated that idea more than any other runway show during New York Fashion Week. So it should come as no surprise that Herve Leger designer Max Azria created a spring collection full of -- what else? -- bandage dresses.
Not that there is anything wrong with sticking to what works. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? Of course, the dresses are tweaked a bit each season and the Herve Leger Spring 2012 collection was full of incredible metallic skintight designs. Seductive cutouts and bold shimmery shades make this collection one that wallflowers should stay far, far away from.
All in all, the Herve Leger Spring 2012 collection is not for the faint at heart. Bold, S&M-inspired looks, occasional tribal prints, and outrageous gladiator sandals made the collection a memorable one during New York Fashion Week.
