Retro-Themed Camo Streetwear

The New Heron Preston x BAPE Collection Borrows From '90s Styles

Men's streetwear label Heron Preston has partnered with Japanese fashion brand BAPE (A Bathing Ape) to launch a limited-edition capsule titled the BAPE x Heron Preston collection.

For the new collaboration, designers at Heron Preston opted to reach into BAPE's archives for inspiration, borrowing elements from its '90s and '00s-era garments. As a result, the collection brings back the APE HEAD graphic tees and utilizes a camouflage pattern that blends BAPE’s 1st CAMO print with its iconic purple COLOR CAMO, which was famously worn by Lil Wayne in 2005.

In addition, the collection features an official Heron Preston BAPE STA (BAPE's main sneaker silhouette), which arrives in the NYC label's signature orange color scheme. For those interested, the new BAPE x Heron Preston collection is set to drop on May 7.
