ALYX Offers Tactility and Technicality With the 'Halcyon Blvd' Capsule

The newest project by ALYX for spring is a collection entitled 'Halcyon Blvd.' The series is comprised of a range of contemporary pieces that merge together tailored structures with technical sensibilities. Some of the standout items from the collection are the military vest with mesh materials, leather pants, blazers, utility vests and tactical cargo pants. Additionally, the iconic chest rig and the lightweight, raw cut leather jacket in combination with silk nylon wrap shirts are also notable.
The Halcyon Blvd lookbook was shot in grayscale, but there are garment dyes in several fabrics throughout the series. Overall, there is a muted color tone and saturated colors. Notably, there is a slight Californian inspiration, which can be seen in the hand-painted details of Venice Beach that make an appearance in the graphics. There is also a selection of footwear offered from George Cox, plus accessories like unique belt designs and cross-body buckle bags.
