Plaza Premium Group Reveals a Halal Menu at Hong Kong International

Plaza Premium Group (PPG) has introduced a certified halal menu at its Plaza Premium First lounge in Hong Kong International Airport, making it the first independent airport lounge in the city to offer a fully halal-certified dining experience. This initiative reflects PPG’s ongoing commitment to inclusive hospitality for global travelers.

The menu combines international cuisine with Southeast Asian favorites and local Hong Kong dishes. Breakfast, served until 11 a.m. daily, includes offerings such as "Cantonese Congee with Dumplings and Rice Rolls, Scrambled Egg and Satay Beef in a Bun, and a full English Breakfast." The all-day menu features the signature "Vietnamese Duck Pho, Thai-Style Sautéed Spicy Chicken Rice with Fried Egg, and Fish Ball Noodles with XO Sauce and Crispy Fish Skin."

To further support dietary inclusivity, vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available. This enhanced culinary offering ensures travelers with diverse preferences and requirements can enjoy a premium, culturally mindful experience during their journey.
