ASICS and HAL STUDIOS remix the classic Gel-Kayano 20 running model, which originated from the early 2010s. It is now imagined with a velcro strap over the forefoot for a lifestyle look. The upper is made with a thick mesh material at the base foundation, giving it a breathable material.

The most notable part of the shoe is the three velcro straps that cover the top and also continue as a part of the ASICS branding on the side of the shoe. It is decorated with a contrasting touch with a line that runs through. Additionally, there is a new lace accent that is applied to the side of the shoe and two colorways were presented online on JohnBouquet's Instagram.
