MegaMex Foods Has 3 New Guac Flavors for Foodservice Operators

MegaMex Foods, the brand company best known for creating flavored Mexican dishes for foodservice operators, has just unveiled three new guac flavors.

The new flavors build on MegaMex's popular WHOLLY Guacamole lineup, which consists of pre-made guacamole that can be served as an appetizer, topper, or spread for other dishes. The first of the new pre-made guac flavors is the new WHOLLY Guacamole Jalapeño Garlic Guacamole, which takes the brand's chunky, TexMex-Style guacamole and adds tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño peppers and garlic. Next up is the WHOLLY Guacamole Serrano Lime Guacamole, which is seasoned with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and serrano peppers (but no garlic). Finally, there's the new WHOLLY Guacamole Cilantro Lime Guacamole featuring red onions, cilantro, and jalapeño peppers – no tomatoes or garlic involved.
