It's not what some of you are thinking! This is actually just a strange novelty item I came across. For just $24 a dozen, you can have a Hummer party! It looks like one of those "just add water" things. It's hard to tell how big it actually gets. I'm not sure of the appeal of this, other than the obvious double meaning of the name, but to each his own.
