American Iconography Print Streetwear

Acne Studios Taps Grant Levy-Lucero on a New Capsule

Swedish fashion label Acne Studios launches a new collection made possible with the help of artist Grant Levy-Lucero. The inspiration stems from classic American iconography visuals, perfectly pairing with hand-painted signage that nods to California.

The collaboration also references old flour sacks, that have been brought to a new life with tweed and cotton materials. Some of the slogans that detail the pieces include "Fresh Pop Culture" and "Enjoy Acne Studios." The print is retro for a nostalgic media feel. These details can also be seen on a slew of apparel options including hoodies, tees, oversized tunic dresses, flared trousers, and sweaters as well. The accessories round out the capsule with canvas handbags, socks, a keyring, wallet, beanie, and scarves.
