Denim-Committed Spring Fashion

Glenn Martens Presents the New Diesel SS22 Collection

Glenn Martens presents his first instalment as the creative director at Diesel with the unveiling of the Spring/Summer 2022 season. The most standout design point of the capsule is the focus on the brand's natural commitment to denim, bringing forth its expertise on the material.

Martens talks about the capsule, explaining that “We’ve always been an alternative to luxury [...] but that doesn’t mean you can go conceptual, or that you can’t push it.” The new range stays true to progression whilst also honors its past, staying true to the 80s predominantly. The intellectual design is a perfect representation of the brand's rich history and sustainable practices. The ultimate goal is to have over half of the brand's denim capsule achieve permanent shelf-life.
