This ideal for anyone wanting to stay on social media, but needing a break from the other person.
Relationships ending is never easy and with the accessibility social media provides, it's very easy to still keep up with one's ex's day-to-day activities. To help users cope, Facebook is offering the 'Take a Break' privacy setting for such an instance allowing users to edit the content they see.
