Cecile Bahnsen Presents Her ASICS GEL-Quantum 360 VIII Design

Cecile Bahnsen is no stranger to reworking footwear silhouettes and has formed a recognizable brand language -- this is seen with the joint ASICS GEL-Quantum 360 VIII silhouette. The shoes have been described as the ultimate sneaker-clog hybrid and it made its first public appearance during Paris Fashion Week. The Japanese sportswear imprint highlighted the shoe amongst other collaborations.

The GEL-Quantum 360 VIII is made with a sleek base foundation that celebrates the femininity of Bahnsen's aesthetics and technicalities of ASICS. It comes in two colorway options -- both of these with the intent to make a bold statement. The shoes have a single-heel strap that keeps the foot in place and is decorated with small flowers to round it out.
