ASICS works in collaboration with the experimental sneaker brand EMPTY BEHAVIOR on a unique version of the Gel-Nimbus 10.1 sneaker model. Rather than an actual shoe, it falls closer under the category of artwork as it becomes a piece of solid silver art itself. Additionally, it is also wearable with a transformation done by lots of liquid silver.
Once the entire shoe is covered with the liquid silver material, it is left to dry to evenly coat the entire silhouette. This aesthetic continues as the shoe box that it is packaged in gets the exact same silver coating. At a closer look, there are stalactite-style forming on the bottom of the shoes as it is forming bubbles and textural spikes.
