The Froot desktop computer was designed for Dell for a sustainable design concept. The eco-friendly aspect is quite simple: get rid of the keyboard and the monitor. Instead, Froot has two projectors, one for the keyboard and one for the screen.
Froot is also made out of a biodegradable starch-based polymer and the colorful casing also makes for a nice eye-pleasing desk accessory. Check it out in the gallery above!
Implications - When I looked at these images I couldn't help but think that using my conventional keyboard-monitor is outdated and not nearly as cool. Nevertheless, the Froot is a product that provides you with a window into the futuristic goods sci-fi movies and television prepared us for.
