Delia’s is bringing chef-driven dining into Rocket Arena with a fried chicken concept created specifically for the Cleveland Cavaliers’ home venue. Developed by Cordelia chef Vinnie Cimino and proprietor Andrew Watts, the streamlined menu adapts restaurant-quality food for faster, high-volume arena service. Offerings include fried and grilled chicken, JoJo fries, Handys, a Cleveland-inspired Polish Boy, and house-made sauces such as black garlic mayo and Cleveland ketchup.
The concept moves beyond conventional concessions by translating the identity of an established local restaurant into an arena-friendly format without abandoning its regional character. For Rocket Arena, partnering with a recognizable Cleveland culinary team can strengthen the connection between the venue and the surrounding community while upgrading the food experience. For Cordelia, Delia’s creates an additional format for reaching large audiences, building brand awareness, and introducing its cooking to fans who may later visit its standalone restaurant.
