'Fresh Ideas Start Here' (FISH) is a company based in the Greater Vancouver area known for its local and sustainable seafood. Jenice Yu, founder and co-owner of Fresh Ideas Start Here, commented on the project, stating: "We're making it easier for our customers to celebrate special occasions with seafood at home."

In anticipation of the upcoming holiday, the brand launched a luxurious and delicious meal that consumers can enjoy at home. It offers consumers three Valentine's Day Kits to choose from — 'Chilled Seafood Platter,' 'Breakfast in Bed Kit,' and 'Shellfishly in Love Kit.' Each kit highlights the local delicacies; from Fanny Bay live oysters in the 'Shellfishly in Love Kit' to the assortment of BC Dungeness crab and snow crab mille feuille in the 'Chilled Seafood Platter.' Consumers can also add on chef Roger Ma's Kaluga Queen Reserve Ossetra Caviar to each kit for $75.
