The 'FOOTatsu' slipper has been designed by Cameron Snelgar as an indoor footwear style created with ease of use and comfort in mind.
The slippers maintain a bi-directional design to accommodate being worn in two ways rather than one, which will make them even easier to slip on. The footwear is crafted entirely out of EVA for a soft, undulating design that's durable and comfortable for long-term wear in the home. The slippers are named after the Japanese word for two to further drive home the dual-purpose design.
Snelgar commented on the construction of the 'FOOTatsu' slipper saying that, "EVA molded units will work well but ultimately these slippers would be best hand-made in Japan out of natural materials and textiles."
