The Guaca Go Florida Fresh Mex Menu Has Bright Flavors

The Guaca Go Florida Fresh Mex menu has been launched by the brand as a nod to its Southern Florida roots to help Mexican cuisine fans enjoy a series of fresh meal options this winter. The menu boasts an array of chef-inspired salads, bowls, burritos and wraps that are each focused on clean ingredients and fresh preparation techniques as a nod to consumer preferences. Diners can choose from such options as Avocado Toast, the Florida Bowl, the Citrus Kale Crunch salad and more with prices starting at $7.35.

Co-Founder Carson Bennett commented on the new Guaca Go Florida Fresh Mex menu in a press release saying, "This menu reflects who we are and where we're from. Florida Fresh Mex is our interpretation of fast-casual Mexican — brighter, lighter, and rooted in South Florida's coastal energy. We introduced new flavors and combinations that feel distinctly local."
