Within the shoot, a plain brown background is used to give an earthy feel to every individual image. A shirt hangs from a hanger at the top of the pictures in order to give the illusion that it is hanging onto nothingness.
With a woman's face and body wrapped and intertwined within each frame, a horrifying face stares at us through the simple white fabric. The tank top is torn and ratted but imprisons the model as she tries to escape. The last image shows the shirt hanging there with no person inside of it, showing that the girl finally freed herself from the imprisoning cloth.
