Flavor-Based Restaurant Wine Lists

P.F. Chang's Features New Pairings and Seven Daughters Moscato

P.F. Chang's is expanding flavor-based restaurant wine lists with a redesigned selection that organizes beverages by taste rather than traditional grape varieties. The updated menu helps guests explore different wines through suggested food pairings, including Seven Daughters Moscato, a brand associated with actress Taraji P. Henson.

The restaurant has also launched a weekday Happy Hour featuring a $15 Sushi & Sip combination, pairing selected sushi rolls with beer or sake. Additional offerings include discounted beverages, full-size appetizers, and Japanese whisky selections. Previously limited-time favorites, including Lobster & Prawn Fried Rice and Oolong Chilean Sea Bass, have also joined the permanent menu.

For P.F. Chang's, these changes create opportunities to attract weekday diners and encourage beverage discovery. Celebrity-linked wine offerings and expanded dining options could strengthen customer engagement while giving guests more reasons to return.
