Compact Flashlight Design Concepts

The Fl-1 Flashlight Concept Has an Industrial Look

Nikhil Kapoor is the creative mind behind the FL-1 flashlight design concept, which strays away from the traditional barrel form of a flashlight. Instead, it has a box structure that could easily fit right into the palm of the hand.

The design features an industrial aesthetic as the rectangular shape gives it enough room to fit two LED lights which could be turned on by themselves or together with a simple sliding switch mechanism. There is also a display that shows the remaining battery charge. The flashlight is charged using the USB-C outlet which is the only nod to the correct scale of the product. It uses only two colors bright orange to increase visibility.
